Russia’s emergencies ministry has mentioned 11 people were being killed in a Ukrainian attack on a creating housing a bakery in the town of Lysychansk in the occupied eastern Ukrainian region of Luhansk.

“Workers of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Scenarios rescued 10 folks and handed them to medical doctors,” the ministry reported on its formal Telegram channel on Saturday. “Unfortunately 11 folks died,” it included.
